What do I need to be eligible for the loans?

You should be between 21 and 65 years
Applicant must live and/or work in Lagos, Benin or Rivers State
Be employed (for at least 6 months) and get paid into your bank account
Have a good credit history
You must have a verifiable monthly income
You must have a pension account

Does Executive One Capital Services ask for my BVN?

Yes we do, but only for verification of your identity. As stated by the CBN, your BVN provides your unique identity for the purpose of achieving effective “Know Your Customer” (KYC) principle and fraud prevention. Your BVN is neither a payment instrument nor an account number and therefore could not be used to access any of your accounts

You can access up to N2,000,000.00

How fast will my loan be disbursed?

Once we have received your complete documents, we will review them within 48 hours and make you a loan proposal. If you agree to our financing proposal, your loan amount can be financed and paid within an average of one week. Therefore, the faster you provide us with the necessary documents, the faster the application process runs.

What are the required documents for your loans?

Letter of Employment
Salary bank statement for the last 6 months
You must have a good credit history
One recent passport photograph
Staff Identification card
Pension Statement or Tax ID and Employment Letter
Utility Bill (PHCN, Water bill, LAWMA bill OR Rent Agreement)
Valid Proof of Identification (current ECOWAS Passport, National Identification, Driver’s License or Voters ID)

Does Executive One require a credit check?

Yes, your application is subject to a credit check before approval. We look at your credit score with the Nigerian Credit Bureaus, employment history, spending patterns and other factors that will show a clearer picture of your credit-worthiness and will provide you with an instant answer online.

Can I extend my loan tenor?

Yes, you can extend an existing facility loan tenor through a Top-up. As an existing customer, you can access a maximum tenor of 12 months.

What is a Top-up?

A top up is returning/increasing the balances on an existing loan facility. The existing facility will be liquidated in order to process a new loan, as you cannot have two loans running simultaneously. The amount of money receivable (the difference between the New Principal and Unpaid Principal on the Existing Loan) will be communicated and disbursed into your account of choice.

Do I need to come to your office to apply?

No, your application can be made online via our secure portal. After the application has been made, you will receive a mail from us confirming receipt of your application.

How do you get my documents?

Our loan agent would pick up your cheques and other required documents from your office.

What do I do if my salary has been delayed and my account is not funded?

If you find that you can’t make an upcoming payment, inform us by calling xxxxxxx or send an email to info@executiveonecapital.com

Can I liquidate whenever I want to?

Yes, you can pay down/liquidate your existing facility at any time. The liquidation amount consists of your outstanding principal, outstanding management fee and interest accrued to date of liquidation..

Can I change my repayment date?

Yes, your repayment date can be changed if it is due to change of employment and/or salary date. To facilitate this change, please send through mail to info@executiveonecapital.com with evidence of the change of employment.

The default penalty is 2% on installment amount for each day of default. If the default passes 30 days, more stringent measures may be applied which may include:

Reporting defaulter to his/her employer
Reporting defaulter to Credit Bureau.

How do I repay if I don't want my cheques presented?

If you don’t want your cheques presented you can make payment in our account with details as follows:

You must inform us at least 72 hours before your repayment date and effect transfer at least 48 hours before the payment date on the cheques)

When will the repayment be due?

On your salary pay day.

Can I have more than one loan running at the same time?

No. You can only access one loan at a time, but you can apply for a top up loan after three repayments on your existing loan.
